We build, run, and optimise the entire listing-acquisition pipeline — Facebook and Instagram ads, AI-powered follow-up, appointment booking, nurture, and reactivation. Founded by Jonathon Perez, a former agent who sold $300M+ in property and built the system to escape manual prospecting.

  • What makes you different from other marketing companies?

    We're the only marketing agency in this niche actually built by someone who has sold real estate. We don't just run ads — we manage the funnel, the AI follow-up, the appointment booking, and the long-form nurture.   • I've tried social media ads and haven't seen much success. What's going to be different?

  • Do you offer a guarantee?

  • How much does this cost?

    Our flagship Lead-to-List partnership is a $2,000 + GST setup fee plus a $9,997 + GST 6-month service fee (or monthly equivalent). Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta — we never mark it up. We're fully transparent — you see exact pricing on the qualification call once we've confirmed it's a fit.

  • How do I know this will work for me and my area?

    We don't take every agent. The qualification process exists specifically to make sure your market, your sales process, and your goals are a fit. If we can't see a clear path to the result, we'll tell you on the call.

  • I'm not active on social media. Does this matter?

    Not at all. The system runs on paid ads — your brand presence on social isn't a prerequisite. That said, once leads start engaging, having a credible presence helps with conversion. We coach on that during the partnership if you want it.
